Established in 2017, School of Coding & AI has rapidly ascended to become the UK's largest and most decorated institution in Coding and Computer Science. Each month, we empower thousands of children and adults, collaborating with over 150 schools, colleges and businesses nationwide to deliver comprehensive courses in STEM, Coding, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Studies.

This year, we've partnered with University of Wolverhampton to open up our very first Higher Education Institute. We are committed to providing high-quality education that will enable students to excel in their chosen fields.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?



Curriculum Mastery:

Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in health and social care, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met.

Course Development & Enhancement:

Continuously review and improve teaching materials, resources and the curriculum to ensure methods of delivery and materials will meet the defined learning objectives.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Work in accordance with our policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students work and provide constructive feedback.

Administrative Excellence:

Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance and performance. Prepare reports, lesson plans and other necessary documentation to ensure smooth operation of courses.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on industry trends, new research and teaching methodologies to continuously enhance your teaching practice and expertise in health and social care.

Supportive Mentorship:

Contribute to the wider student experience through personal tutoring, excellent classroom teaching and providing support in and outside the classroom.

Inclusive Learning Environment:

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students feel valued, supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with colleagues, external stakeholders and industry professionals to ensure the curriculum reflects current practices and meets professional requirements.

Team Collaboration:

Work with fellow lecturers and management to develop a cohesive, supportive team that drives the success of the department and student outcomes.

Adaptability & Innovation:

Be open to taking on new responsibilities, adapting to changes in curriculum and introducing innovative teaching practices to meet evolving needs in the sector.

Other Duties as Assigned:

Undertake additional duties aligned with your role and responsibilities to support the department's overall objectives

WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?



Minimum of 2 years experience in Health & Social Care or related field.

Teaching experience in HE.

First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Masters degree and/or PHD in Health & Social Care or related discipline.

A Higher Education teaching qualifications (or willingness to work towards)
