Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining patient records, all while providing exceptional support to both medical professionals and patients.

Responsibilities



Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare facility. Oversee clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records. Coordinate appointments and schedules for medical staff and patients. Utilise Google Suite for document management and communication within the team. Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and assist with billing processes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with patients and external stakeholders. Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in administrative and clerical functions, including data entry and record keeping. Familiarity with computerised systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
