Bank Healthcare Administrator

, you'll be at the heart of our London centre, combining

This flexible role is perfect if you enjoy variety, one moment you'll be welcoming and reassuring patients, the next you'll be coordinating appointments and keeping the centre running seamlessly.

What you'll be doing



Welcome patients with warmth, guiding them through their diagnostic journey. Ability to manage high volumes of bookings with accuracy and speed. Handle queries from patients, referrers, and medical secretaries by phone, email, and portal, providing a professional, friendly service. Support the VIP referral pathway, ensuring priority handling and a seamless booking experience. Assist with clinical tasks such as observations, positioning, and ultrasound chaperoning. Manage referrals and bookings with accuracy, ensuring timely communication with patients and referrers. Prepare rooms and equipment for MRI, ultrasound, and health screening services. Keep records and RIS entries up to date, supporting compliance with ISO and healthcare standards. Follow up on leads from the website and health screening enquiries, engaging patients quickly and effectively. Work hand-in-hand with radiographers, doctors, and administrators to deliver a safe, efficient, and reassuring patient experience. Maintain high standards of infection control, MRI safety, and data confidentiality.

About you



Experienced in administration, within healthcare, with excellent diary and time management skills. Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Compassionate and patient-focused, with the ability to balance admin precision and hands-on support. Adaptable, proactive, and resilient under pressure in a busy clinical setting. Tech-savvy with confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office. Bonus points if you have skills in phlebotomy, cannulation, familiarity with ISO standards.
