Tapera Healthcare Ltd is hiring Healthcare Assistants / Care Workers to join our team in Basingstoke. We provide high-quality care for individuals of all ages dealing with dementia, physical impairments, mental health challenges, and other health conditions.

As a Care Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing essential care and support, enhancing the quality of life for those in our community. Your role will involve both regulated and non-regulated care activities, tailored to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes or care settings. Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Foster a positive, supportive environment to encourage independence and well-being. Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate care records in compliance with CQC standards.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a care role (preferred but not essential as training is provided). NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential). Compassionate, patient, and reliable, with a strong desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Right to work in the UK and a valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). A valid UK driver's license is required to facilitate travel to clients' sites as needed.
