exceptional full-time Health Care Coordinator

to join our team and help us deliver outstanding homecare to our valued clients.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate they can work in a fast paced , high energy team , have a caring heart but also a flare for sales and building relationships and an entrepreneurial attitude. This is

not

a 9-5 role and flexibility will be required.

About the Role



You'll be a key part of the engine room of our business--working closely with the Registered Manager and Operational Care Manager to ensure every care call is delivered on time, by the right CareGiver, to the right standard.

You will:

Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the care team Support the delivery of safe, compliant, person-centred care Coordinate care staff rotas, manage schedule changes, and ensure continuity of care Assist with the supervision and management of the care team Handle client assessments, care planning, and review processes Be part of the on-call rota, including evenings and weekends Step in to cover care visits when required Provide input on recruitment and resource planning Ensure CQC, legal, and internal quality standards are met at all times

What We're Looking For



This is a

leadership role

and we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Strong experience

delivering healthcare or social care

Level 3 or above

in Health & Social Care or related subject (essential) Experience managing or supporting care teams

Excellent problem-solving skills

- calm under pressure, quick to adapt High attention to detail and strong administrative ability

Commercial awareness

- understanding how rota gaps, care hours, and service delivery impact business performance and ability to sell our care. Must speak fluent English and have the right to work in the UK Must hold a

full UK driving licence

and have access to a car

Preston office-based role, with travel across Preston & South Ribble

Hours:

Full time with on-call responsibilities (evenings/weekends required)

Salary:

27,000 - 29,000 depending on knowledge and skills + mileage + enhanced rates for on-call
