We are currently recruiting

PMVA-trained Healthcare Assistants

to work at a private mental health hospital based in

ST2 0TN

. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HCAs confident in supporting patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Supporting service users within a secure mental health environment Using approved

PMVA techniques

to safely manage challenging behaviours Providing personal care and supporting daily living activities Engagement, observations, and 1:1 patient support Assisting nursing and clinical teams on the ward Maintaining accurate notes, incident reports, and risk observations Promoting dignity, safety, and well-being at all times

Requirements:



PMVA (or equivalent) training certificate - mandatory

Minimum

6 months UK mental health experience

Valid DBS (or willingness to apply) Updated mandatory training Strong de-escalation and communication skills Right to work in the UK
