PMVA-trained Healthcare Assistants
for ongoing shifts at a private mental health hospital located inTA21 9FF
. This is a great opportunity to secure regular work in a supportive clinical environment.Key Responsibilities:
Supporting mental health patients in a safe and structured environment Managing challenging behaviours using approved
PMVA techniques
Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks Engaging with patients, completing observations, and participating in 1:1 support Assisting nursing teams with ward duties and clinical tasks Accurate documentation, including observation charts and incident reporting Promoting dignity, safety, compassion, and patient well-beingRequirements:
PMVA (or equivalent) certificate - mandatory
Minimum6 months UK mental health or hospital experience
Valid DBS (or willingness to complete one) Up-to-date mandatory training Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills Right to work in the UKBenefits:
