Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
to join our growing team supporting private care homes, nursing homes, and mental health services across
Swindon
. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering personal care and daily living support
Assisting with mobility, meals, and hygiene
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
Ensuring dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times
Maintaining accurate care notes and documentation
Supporting activities to enhance residents' quality of life
Working collaboratively with nurses and care staff
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months UK care experience
(essential)
Valid
Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS
(or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date
mandatory training
Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach
Ability to work flexible hours
