The Role

We are

seeking a

Business Development Manager - Healthcare

to lead and grow our presence across a high-potential region.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Driving new business across, care homes, and private healthcare settings

? Building and nurturing strong client relationships at all levels

? Leading recruitment and service delivery teams to meet client needs

? Strategically growing hours, revenue, and margin across your region

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in

healthcare recruitment

or staffing, ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity

? Strong track record of client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

? Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, urgency, and a competitive edge

? Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams in a high-performance environment
