Roles & Responsibilities :
Supporting with daily activities and personal care.
Duties
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide patient care and support in personal hygiene and mobility.
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in clients' conditions.
Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including medication administration as required.
Engage with clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Support individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care needs.
Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and social workers to provide comprehensive care.
