Please note:

this role requires cross site working



To assist the registered practitioner in providing high quality compassionate care and assistance to patients/relatives and their carers, appropriate to their needs.



Responsible for carrying out tasks as delegated by the registered practitioner, who has overall accountability for delegating care.



To provide pastoral support to new starters to the ward in a kind and compassionate manner.



To use own initiative within the level of competence to complete day to day activities for the

role.
