Supporting the Registered Nursing staff in the delivery of personal care and assistance for patients within University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire Trust across both sites at University Hospital Coventry & Hospital of St Cross, Rugby.



Sponsorship is unable to be supported with this role.



Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.

You must be aged 16 or over and have either a Level 2 BTEC Diploma or extended Diploma or equivalent qualification or have previous care experience or experience in a person-centred & public facing role.



Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW)-Band 2-23,615 + enhancements.



As a band 2 HCSW you must have previous experience of care or experience in working within a person-centred & public facing role or already hold a level 2 health and social care related qualification.



Full and Part Time Posts available. The salary will be pro rata for part time staff.

This Recruitment Centre is intended to show you what it's really like to be a healthcare support worker, and to provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate how you would provide excellent quality care to our patients and their families within a modern health care facility.



The Recruitment centre will involve a basic literacy comprehension test and if you are successful, you will go forward to assessments & interview. If you are successful at interview, and there isn't a current vacancy that meets your needs, we'll keep in touch and update you as jobs arise. If we are unable to allocate you to your requirements your application will be withdrawn.
