Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Heating Engineer (ASHP) or Heating Engineer teams, to join our team. The ideal candidate(s) will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various tasks related to heating systems installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating systems in residential and commercial properties. Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently and safely. Troubleshoot heating system issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Assemble components of heating systems using hand tools and power tools. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including plumbers and carpenters, to complete projects effectively. Perform heavy lifting as required during installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while on-site.

Skills

Experience in installing ASHP (Air source heat pumps) THIS IS A MUST. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to heating system installation and repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex heating systems. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Experience with welding techniques is advantageous for certain installations. A valid commercial driving licence is preferred for transporting equipment and materials as needed. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of the job requirements.

Pay: 35,000.00-80,000.00 per year
