Now, we're looking for a

qualified Heating Engineer

to join our growing team and help deliver both high-quality heating installations and renewable energy systems across Cornwall.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied role that combines the best of both worlds -- traditional heating and plumbing with cutting-edge renewable technologies. You'll be involved in everything from first- and second-fix plumbing on new systems to full air source heat pump installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

? Installation, commissioning, and servicing of ASHP systems and unvented hot water cylinders

? First- and second-fix plumbing and heating works (domestic and light commercial)

? Carrying out diagnostics, maintenance, and performance testing

? Working closely with our electrical and design teams to deliver integrated renewable systems

? Ensuring all work meets current regulations and company quality standards

? Providing professional, friendly service and maintaining a tidy, high-quality finish.

What We're Looking For

? NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

? Proven experience in domestic and/or light commercial heating systems

? Confidence with all aspects of plumbing and heating installation

? F-Gas or heat pump installation experience (preferred, but not essential -- training provided)

? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

? Full UK driving licence

? A proactive, positive attitude -- someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to develop within renewables What We Offer
