We're on the lookout for a talented

Heavy Plant Fitter

to join our team in Cardiff, working on one of our key contracts. This is a

workshop-based role

What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnose & Repair:

Carry out fault-finding and repairs on a wide range of heavy plant machinery, including mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.

Service & Maintain:

Keep machines in top condition - from excavators and dumpers to telehandlers, rollers, and material handlers.

Workshop Focused:

Primarily workshop-based with occasional site visits when needed.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Expertise:

Solid experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and plant machinery.

Brand Familiarity:

Hands-on experience with leading brands like Sennebogen, Develon, CAT and Kubota is a big plus.

Safety First:

A strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Self-Starter:

Able to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year
