We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London, EC4A 3
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm

We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.
As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for users needing assistance with our booking platform. You'll help troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through features, and ensure a seamless experience for those booking meetings, events, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user enquiries via
phone, email, or Microsoft Teams
, offering clear, helpful support.
Assist users with
system navigation

booking processes
, and
troubleshooting technical issues

Monitor the system for performance or functional issues and proactively address potential disruptions.
Ensure a
positive user experience
through timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
Reach out to bookers to
gather necessary details
for upcoming events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
