To supervise the team helpdesk staff to ensure all tasks are completed within a timely manner and to customers satisfaction. Liaising with internal/external colleagues and customer to ensure maximum efficiency and utilisation of field resources. To ensure all departments KPI's are met
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising a team of Helpdesk staff
Training and continuous improvement
1st line escalations for any issues and complaints
Receiving and processing Installation orders
Planning installation workloads
Overseeing Planning across all helpdesk area's
Updating customer databases/portals as required
Customer invoicing as required
Other duties as required to support the Procurement and Logistics team
Skills & Abilities Required:
Previous planning/dispatching experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Customer service experience
Negotiation skills
Works well under pressure
Previous supervisory experience is desirable
