Description and requirements

Skanska are keen to hire Helpdesk Administrators on their key, long term Facilities Management contract in Northwood, near Watford, taking all calls to report issues at the Northwood site, logging the job on the system, or to simply transfer calls to other personnel on site. These roles will see you work a shift pattern which will include (after training) Day and Night shift on a rota pattern with the rest of the team.

You\'ll:

  • Asset numbers to be used when logging jobs where applicable
  • Answer all telephone calls within agreed SLA time scales
  • Answer all emails within agreed SLA time scales and log HD\'s where needed
  • Ensure all onsite vehicles are signed for when in use
  • Ensure all accommodation keys are signed for and any spare rooms that are given out a the correct form is filled
  • Make sure customers are phoned/emailed if a call back has been requested on an HD
  • Provide support to accommodation when needed during working hours
  • 12 hr shift worker to review Geneva jobs raised to make sure all steps have been followed
We are looking for:
  • Customer Service experience - ideally incl taking calls
  • Ability to manager multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge with ability to pickup new systems/software easily
  • Calm under pressure
  • Able and happy to work shift pattern which includes Day and Night shifts with the rest of the team
