Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated
Administrator
to join our dynamic team.
Duties:
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
Provide clerical support to team members as needed.
Communicate to clients and engineers daily regarding updates on jobs and timelines.
Skills:
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to administrative tasks
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy
Highly organised
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in clerical and administrative roles is preferred
Knowledge of CRM systems would be preferred but not essential
