Atlas Workplace Services has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Advisor to join our vibrant team in Milton Keynes.

Responding to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients Liaising with internal teams and sub-contractors to ensure smooth service delivery Providing first-class customer service with professionalism and care Logging and managing requests using helpdesk systems

About You

? What We're Looking For
A real people person with excellent communication skills Minimum 12 months' experience in a customer-facing role Understanding of helpdesk operations (preferred but not essential) Confident keyboard and IT skills GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject (preferred)
