ROC Facilities Management have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as a full-time permanent Helpdesk Operative working from our head office in Morley, Leeds.

The successful applicant will be confident, have a bubbly, positive personality, great telephone voice, professional attitude and enjoy dealing with clients and contractors alike.

Ideally having worked in a similar role within a similar industry already and be experienced and comfortable working with Microsoft office and job management IT systems. The ideal applicant will enjoy working in a fast-paced busy environment and be comfortable and confident dealing with clients and business owners.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Receiving calls and emails from clients who want to arrange a new job or need an update on an existing job or quote. Liaising with contractors to advise of new jobs or gain updates on existing works. Using our job management IT software to load, update and review jobs and quotes. (full training given but must be IT literate and confident) Updating client portals with live information passed to us through engineers and contractors. Invoice clients for work carried out, again, using our in-house IT system. (Full training provided) You will be expected to be part of the on-call rota (24hrs) to answer calls and deal with queries as and when required.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be required to have excellent time management and be self-motivated. Amongst other skills we are looking for the ideal applicant to have:

You must have excellent interpersonal skills both internally and externally, always being polite and professional to establish a positive rapport with clients and contractors alike. You must have excellent attention to detail having the ability and confidence to pick up on details and question the information provided. You will be expected to organise your own workload, prioritise tasks and work to client and internal deadlines. Computer literacy is a must and experience or Microsoft office a prerequisite.
Must be able to work well in a team environment but be self-motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
