Clyne Facilities Management, a new and upcoming business operating in and around the Glasgow area, is seeking a talented individual to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Create, assign, and manage work orders through the Management System (Simpro) and Client based interfaces. Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of work. Prioritise maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety, and operational needs. Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and materials used. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role, preferably in repairs, or facilities management environment. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent knowledge of maintenance management systems and planning tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
