Robert Heath Heating (a member of the Daikin Group) specialises in providing domestic and commercial gas heating installation, service, and maintenance services to Social Housing, and is currently engaged in long-term contracts with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, covering around 100,000 properties across the UK.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Planner administrator to join our client-focused team. This is an exciting time to join a family run business undergoing wide business change. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Responsible for all aspects of in day and future planning within a defined area

2. Keeping customers up to date with status of their job

3. Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications

4. Accurately recording notes on our system

5. Monitoring engineer start times and finishing times of engineers to increase productivity

6. Resolving and responding to client escalations

7. Ensuring the Scheduling tool for the clear at the end of each working day

8. Working along side the Performance Hub Administrator to ensure jobs are completed within SLA

9. Working along side the Performance Hub Administrator to ensure work in progress in the area is kept as low as possible.

IT Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or similar

EXPERIENCE



Working with in a planning / scheduling role.

Working within heating, plumbing or construction industries

Working with multiple stakeholders across many departments

Working within the social housing / maintenance sector

Engaging with people with different needs and backgrounds

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS



5 GCSEs grade A*-C (or equivalent)

3 A-Levels A-C (or equivalent)

DESIRABLE



Working in a customer service / helpdesk / contact centre environment

Working within heating, plumbing or construction industries

Working within a contract administration position

Engaging with people with different needs and backgrounds

Job Type: Full-time For 12 Months (Covering Maternity Leave)

Salary: 25,000.00

Job Types: Full-time Hours 8-5 - 1 hour lunch.

Pay: 25,000.00 per annum
