We are now looking for a General Manager to support our team at Herringbone Goldenacre. This much-loved venue, situated just outside the city, is cool & friendly and we're looking for a General Manager who loves working with a small talented team and is ready to help shape its future.

The Role

As a General Manager, you will play a vital part in the success of the venue, always supporting and leading the team, whilst delivering excellent service.


You will bring a calm, professional presence and lead by example to ensure service standards, team engagement and profitability remain consistently high.

The Works

You'll be responsible for:

Leading day-to-day operations Maintaining high standards in service, safety, and compliance Helping to drive profitability and team performance Upholding the Herringbone atmosphere and community spirit in every shift Collaborating with the senior team to implement brand and operational standards

What We're Looking For

Previous GM or senior leadership experience in a quality, service-led venue A calm, adaptable manager who thrives in new environments A strong communicator with a people-first approach Commercially aware, with an eye for detail and consistency Passionate about hospitality and comfortable leading both FOH and BOH teams
