Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional HGV Driver (11 to 18 tonnes) to join our growing team. You will deliver marble slabs and stone products across the UK, overseeing delivery teams and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles between depots and to customer sites, ensuring timely and safe deliveries Deliver and handle marble slabs and other stone products with care and attention to avoid damage Load, secure, and unload goods properly; keep the cab clean and tidy Maintain excellent communication with customers and keep them informed of any delays Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including correct PPE usage Report any damage, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly to the Operations team
Requirements
? Full UK Driving Licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement (to drive up to 18 tonne)
? Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
? Minimum of 2 years' experience driving 7.5 tonne+ vehicles
? No more than 5 penalty points on licence, and no more than 10 infringements in the past 12 months
? Up-to-date knowledge of UK driving laws and regulations
? Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy stone slabs
? Ability to pass a DBS check
? Safety boots and Class C Hi-Vis required
