The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting material/ aggregates across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle safety and compliance. 7AM-5PM MONDAY - FRIDAY MOSTLY LOCAL WORK

Responsibilities

Collecting aggregates/ removing soil and stone and delivering to recycling centres/ landfill and residential properties Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring all safety checks are completed Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and company policies Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to management Loading and unloading cargo as required, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed

Experience

At least 2 years proven experience as a Grab driver with up date HGV class 2 and CPC/ TACHO Valid driving licence suitable for operating heavy goods vehicles (HGV) or lorries, with a clean driving record Knowledge of current road laws and safety regulations applicable to commercial drivers Experience in route planning and navigation using GPS systems or traditional maps is desirable

Pay: 180.00-200.00 per day
