We are seeking an experienced HGV Jetting Supervisor to join our Drainage Services team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for surveying sites, planning works, managing labour and equipment, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.


You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, maintaining strong client relationships, driving productivity, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.

The Role:



Plan, organise and supervise drainage works across multiple sites, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time and to specification. Carry out site surveys and coordinate labour, equipment and materials effectively. Lead, support and communicate with Job Leaders and site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards. Monitor job performance through site visits, reports and client feedback, addressing issues promptly. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments, method statements and toolbox talks. Oversee employee inductions, training needs and performance during probation periods. Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, timesheets and client sign-off documentation.

What you'll need:



Proven experience in an operational supervisory role within drainage, utilities, civil engineering or a similar field. Strong planning, organisational and leadership skills. Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice (IOSH level knowledge desirable). Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams. Able to manage multiple sites, priorities and deadlines effectively. Competent with paperwork, reporting and electronic scheduling systems.
