Summary

As a Low Loader Driver at Inverness Paving LTD, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring timely and safe delivery of plant & materials to various job sites. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our groundwork and excavation projects, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Operate trucks safely and efficiently to transport plant and materials to job sites. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload materials as required, ensuring proper handling techniques are used. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of materials transported. Communicate effectively with site supervisors regarding delivery schedules and requirements. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

Valid CPC and a clean driving license. Proven experience as a Low loader driver, preferably in utilities or construction or related fields. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Rate of pay from 16.50 per hour depending on experience.
