Your Key Responsibilities as HGV Workshop Supervisor:

Lead and manage a team of HGV Technicians, ensuring smooth workshop operations Plan and allocate workload, including maintenance and repairs of HGVs Monitor workshop performance and maintain high safety standards Oversee diagnostics, fault rectification, and MOT preparation Ensure vehicles meet VOSA standards and all compliance requirements Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment Provide training, guidance, and support to workshop staff
