Lux and Pro is seeking a talented

Supervisor

to join a luxury hospitality client's fast-paced food and beverage team. This role suits someone passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create memorable, prompt, and professional guest experiences. Assist and train the team; take charge when required. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health, and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food service settings. Passionate about coffee, including its origins and preparation. Strong commitment to consistent quality service. Motivated, creative, and a team player eager to learn and grow. Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to work under pressure with demanding guests.
