The Role

You'll handle warm leads, conduct consultations (video or in-clinic), build trust, present treatment plans, and close sales. This is not retail or call centre work -- it's

consultative, high-value sales

with real impact on people's lives.

You'll manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and deliver a premium patient experience from first contact to booking.

What You'll Do

Conduct video/in-person consultations with potential patients Present treatment options clearly and confidently Close high-value (2k-6k+) procedures Follow up leads across phone, WhatsApp, email Hit and exceed conversion targets Build long-term rapport and trust with clients Work with clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years' experience

in high-ticket sales (aesthetic, medical, property, finance, luxury, or similar) Proven closer who consistently hits KPIs and revenue targets UK-based with native-level English Confident communicator with great emotional intelligence Strong consultative sales style -- not pushy, but persuasive Professional, warm, and able to guide clients through big decisions Self-driven, organised, and hungry to earn more
