Senior Sales Executive (B2C High Ticket)

50k-100k+ OTE | Uncapped



Steel Door Company is growing quickly and we have learned the hard way that average sales hires slow great businesses down.

So we are doing this properly.

We are looking for one exceptional salesperson to join a fast-paced, founder-led business selling high-ticket, design-led steel doors and windows to homeowners, architects and developers across the UK.

This is not a volume sales role.
It is consultative, premium and detail-driven, and very well rewarded for the right person.

Who this is for



You will probably recognise yourself if:

You have consistently been top 10 to 20 percent in previous sales roles You are comfortable selling high-value products and guiding considered buying decisions You take real pride in your process, follow-up and client experience You like being close to the action in a growing business, not hidden behind layers of management You are hungry, financially and professionally
You do not need experience in doors or windows.
You do need proven B2C sales ability, strong commercial instinct and high standards.

The role



Work warm inbound enquiries generated by strong marketing Build relationships with homeowners and trade clients Advise, quote and close high-value projects Own your pipeline properly using HubSpot Work closely with projects and operations to deliver a premium experience
This is a selling role, not a management role. Performance matters.

The upside



Uncapped commission Current top performers earning circa 80k Real opportunity to go well beyond that as the business scales Premium product, strong brand, no cold calling

Logistics



Full time, Stafford, five days in office Alternate Saturdays Competitive base salary Pension, parking and overtime available
