Are you passionate about supporting children on their educational journey?Do you have the skills to inspire, motivate, and provide exceptional assistance to both students and teachers?Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and vibrant school team in the OL9 area.Key Responsibilities:Learning Support: Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons that help all pupils reach their full potential.Lesson Preparation: Assist in planning and delivering differentiated activities tailored to individual learning needs.Pupil Support: Provide focused support to individuals and small groups, particularly those with additional learning needs or challenges.Progress Monitoring: Observe, assess, and record pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback to support learning outcomes.Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment through effective behaviour support.Administrative Assistance: Support daily classroom operations, including resource preparation and maintaining displays.Ideal Candidate:Qualifications: Holds or is working towards a recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent).Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting is essential.
