What Youll Do:

• Lead small group sessions and whole-class teaching when needed.
• Support the teacher in delivering, and assessing lessons.
• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
• Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist in monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate records.

What Were Looking For:

• A qualified HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant with HLTA status.
• Confidence in managing classroom activities and leading learning.
• A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils and staff alike.
