We seek to appoint a committed and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with specific children throughout the whole school. Our teaching and support staff work hard and enthusiastically as one team with the belief that every student can succeed and transform their life chances, achieving more than they dreamt possible. You will be able to enthuse and motivate our students with your passion for learning, your presence and personality.
This position will involve supporting our pupils and staff, specifically within the Maths Department across both KS3 and KS4. Therefore, we would prioritise applications with expertise in these areas.

Candidates will have the ability to identify specific barriers and implement a range of strategies to support both basic skills and access to the curriculum under the guidance of the Maths Department.
You will be joining the Academy at a very exciting point along its journey to excellence.
You will be given full support in your career development as we believe that development of staff is a key aspect in raising standards for our students. You will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD. We are committed to professional development and have a strong track record of supporting colleagues to progress in their careers.
