Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical activities within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical teams, managing projects, and ensuring all electrical systems operate efficiently and safely. Duties



Lead and supervise electrical teams, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with organisational standards. Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards. Develop and review electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation. Coordinate with mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within broader operational processes. Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance strategies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to electrical work. Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior staff and apprentices. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Requirements



Proven management and supervisory experience within an electrical environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple tasks effectively. Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge relevant to integrating electrical components with mechanical systems. Experience in maintenance procedures for industrial or commercial electrical installations. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment. Fluency in English is essential for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes. recognised qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are preferred. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex electrical operations while leading teams towards operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude towards safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organisation's electrical functions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
