SHIFT HOURS: 40 hours per week, (4 days on 2 days off)
HOURLY PAY RATE: 15.30 Per Hour
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
You will be required to drive airside and safely guiding the Hi-lift vehicle on and off the aircraft. This position will involve loading and unloading the Hi-lift vehicle. There will also be a large amount of manual handling which is physically demanding. Working as part of the team you will deliver an excellent service to the airlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the health and safety is in place when the aircraft door is safe to open prior to opening the Hi-lift doors/shutters
Able to work with the team leader and Hi-Lift Drivers to ensure the aircraft is stocked and replenished
Stocking and replenishing with new and used products, cages, waste etc.
Ensure the Hi-Lift vehicle is leaving the aircraft and its airport stand safe and clean
There is a requirement to help the cleaning team with their duties.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You must be able to understand English language to adhere to company notices, staff briefings and individual instructions provided to you, which will affect your working duties.
Self-motivated and reliable with a conscientious approach to the Safety and Security aspects of your role.
Flexible approach to work and able to work efficiently and thoroughly with minimal supervision.
Able to cope with a pressured environment.
