Key Responsibilities:
Install busbar systems on the Hinkley Power Station site.
Work closely with the project manager, and engineers to ensure the installation meet technical specifications, quality and safety standards
Interpret technical drawings and follow precise installation instructions
Perform testing and fault finding of installed systems
Maintain a high standard of health, safety, and quality on site
Run a small team of 4.
What We're Looking For:
SSSTS electrical engineer role
Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
A good eye for detail, someone who is meticulous and tenacious
Ability to work well as part of a team and lead a team
Valid driver's license
IPAF
ECS
HSO Bronze minimum required
All usual onsite safety cards

In addition to the above:
This site is 8 hour day with overtime offered at 1.4 and 1.8. Strick pay scales apply if you are familiar with Hinkley
Overtime pay at 1.4 times and 1.8 times the hourly rate
Travel expenses reimbursement (for business-related travel)
Torque wrench and testers supplied for the duration of project
PPE provided by Hinkley
