We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about tools, equipment and machinery as we are! What you will do:
Build relationships with customers both in person and by phone.
Process rental orders, manage and agree rental contracts and handle payments.
Support the day to day running of a busy trade counter.
Provide customers with advise customers on the proper use of equipment and demonstrate operation when necessary.
Retail sales of small tools and accessories.
Collaborate with the transport team to ensure equipment availability, confirm delivery times and ensure delivery contracts are signed and retuned.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
Handle general transport admin tasks.
What you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of tools and small plant equipment.
Strong problem solving skills, organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing strong customer service.
Actively takes ownership of tasks and takes pride in their work.
Good computer skills.
The ability to work under pressure in a busy fast paced office
