KPT Solutions are a well- established family- owned business located in our own premises in Dartford - we have been providing a tool and plant hire service to the construction industry for over 30 years.
We have a current vacancy for a permanent member of staff to join as a Hire Desk Controller.
The suitable candidate will have 2/3 years' experience in a similar role and industry experience is preferred.
Initial responsibilities and tasks will include the following -
Dealing with established customers
Coordinating and liaising with customers, transport, sales and workshop teams
Ensuring that all administrative processes are correctly followed
Taking responsibility for plant and tool hire procedures
Skills we are looking for include the following -
The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Computer literacy including a knowledge of using Excel.
Good numeracy skills.
Well organised with an ability to prioritise tasks.
Ability to work in a busy environment with accuracy.
Product knowledge and experience in a hire environment
