:
Manage incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner dealing with inquiries, quotations and queries.
Support scheduling and dispatching of equipment to ensure timely delivery and collections.
Maintain accurate records of hires, returns, and inventory levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues alike.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all equipment is well-maintained and ready for hire.
Support in month end process including Customer Invoices and statements.
Support in P/O Processing including supplier Invoices and statements.
Support in general office duties
:
Some office experience, preferably in a plant hire/hire desk role but not essential
Some experience with a hire system e.g insphire/syrinx would be helpful
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using computer systems e.g word and excel
A proactive approach to problem-solving, customer relations and a can do attitude
