Hire Desk Controller
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Hire Desk Controller to join a fast growing Lifting Equipment company based in Pudsey. Working in a fast paced Sales & Hire Office, the role is extremely varied, you will be liaising with customers via telephone, email & face to face. This is a fast paced, busy environment so organisational skills and the ability to multi task is essential.
Successful candidates will ideally have experience of the industry, working in a customer service focused role, either face to face or telephone based. In addition, you will have a passion for customer service, IT skills and have a flexible, adaptive approach to your work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Using in-house systems to provide detailed and accurate quotations & Sales orders for clients Sourcing opportunities, Chasing-up and managing leads and converting them into sales Dealing with a range of enquiries about our services, providing excellent customer services and communication skills Collection of feedback from customers and acting on their responses General office administration duties Maintaining proactive contact with regular and prospective clients
Requirements for the role:
A confident communicator. Good computer skills. The ability to work closely with customers and follow procedures with good manners and sales practices. Well organised with a proven ability to prioritise your own workload in an environment that is sometimes fast paced. Conscientious and eager to help develop a growing businessWage is negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 15:00 Friday
