With 6 years of rapid growth and an envious reputation within their industry, we're looking to add two customer focused Hire Desk Controllers to this fantastic SME.

They've developed their teams from day one, taking ambitious folk with customer service based backgrounds, and giving them the tools and training to succeed.

The industry is Plant Hire. If that's new to you, in basic terms it's a place other companies come to rent Powered Access, Forklifts and that kind of kit.

We'll teach you the industry, but what we need from you is a great big bag of enthusiasm and a passion for offering first class customer service.

We'd like to see that you have exposure to speaking on the phone and over email with those all-important people.

You'll bring a good chunk of confidence, resilience and a big smile on your face. Attitude is everything for these guys. It's a loud office with lots happening, we need someone with a voice.

Day to day, you'll speak to customers, open new accounts, get kit booked in and on a truck for delivery. Then on the supply chain side of the role you'll be negotiating rates with suppliers, building relationships with them and ensuring they're working within the agreed SLA's.

It's wide ranging, it's fast paced, it's demanding - but full trainings provided and it's massively rewarding.

Paying 27.5k. You'll get a pay rise every year and genuine opportunities to progress as the business grows. If you've an industry background - we're flexible on salary.

There's a healthy annual bonus, team socials, a healthcare plan and 22 days holidays a year (plus your birthday), which increases a day each year after the first 2.

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, office based in WF4.
