Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hire Controller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hire process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their equipment hire needs, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

Hire Coordination:

Manage the hire process, including taking orders, scheduling deliveries and collections, and ensuring equipment availability.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain equipment inventory, ensuring all items are in good working condition and ready for hire.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle administrative duties such as processing hire agreements, maintaining accurate records, and managing invoices.

Communication:

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of equipment.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within the equipment hire industry is essential.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and proficiency in using hire management software.

Attributes:

A proactive and positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
