Role Overview
We're building a
Hiring Pool
of talented
Customer Support Agents
ready to join our team when opportunities arise over the upcoming peak period. If you're experienced, motivated, and based in the UK, this fully remote role could be perfect for you!
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the frontline hero, delivering friendly, accurate, and timely support via phone, live chat, email (and more) to customers of global brands, charities, and governments.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries via customer support channels.
Use client Knowledge Bases to provide accurate, clear information about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, maintaining a positive customer experience
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Help build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base by documenting common concerns
What We're Looking For
Proven customer support or related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with VOIP phone systems is a plus
Experience with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk and Intercom
Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working weekday and weekend hours (subject to project brief)
