About the Role

This isn't just a job -- it's an opportunity to help some of the most marginalised individuals in our communities take meaningful steps toward rehabilitation, safety, and independence.

Encouraging positive, long-term behavioural change Supporting people to develop independent living skills Reducing reoffending and promoting community safety Keeping detailed, accurate records that demonstrate impact

Why this role matters

The HiRO Project supports 40 individuals, including "ring-fenced" bedspaces for female clients who may be both victims and offenders, and others at high risk of reoffending. Many are managed under MAPPA or IOM frameworks and present with complex support needs. You'll play a vital role in reducing harm, strengthening multi-agency partnerships, and helping people build a future with dignity and stability.
