Daily Duties (Full Time, Long term role):
Deliver engaging History lessons adapted to SEMH learners
Support emotional and behavioural needs across the school day
Assist with the development of personalised learning plans
Work closely with the pastoral and SEN teams to monitor progress
Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
Provide targeted intervention sessions when required
Contribute to staff meetings, training days, and professional development opportunities
Collaborate with colleagues to promote positive outcomes in this SEMH East London setting
Uphold safeguarding procedures at all times
