Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and feedback. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm for learning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and behavioural issues. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Experience in teaching or working with children is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
