HIU Project Manager

Job Location - Wolverhampton

Salary - 45K - 55K depending on experience plus Package

Company - Dodd Group (Midlands)

Dodd Group (Midlands) are looking for a HIU Project Manager to assist with the delivery of their Projects in Wolverhampton. Previous experience of HIU Installation's, Primary Pipework, BCWS, Commercial pipework would be advantageous.

The HIU Project Manager provides leadership and is responsible for (although not limited to):

Management and leadership of the labour on site and the site management Ensuring site safety is maintained. Overseeing productivity of the Sub-Contractors and directly employed Staff. Keeping up with their own workload and productivity on site and in the office. Quality control Site surveys when required. Solving issues that arise on site in a calm and measured way. Reporting directly to the contract manager. Build and maintain a good working relationship with the client and merchants. Attend monthly client meetings.
As a key participant in the relationship with the Company, Sub-Contractors and the Client.

The HIU Project Manager has specific areas of responsibility (although not limited to):

Keeping in communication with the Contract Manager / Site supervisor / office Staff and the client. The HIU Project Manager will assign tasks to the Directly Employed Staff and Sub-Contractors, along with discussing all stages of work with the Contracts Manager. Maintaining work standards on site through liaising with site supervisor. Prioritising work to ensure smooth delivery of the project.

The Following is required.

A full UK Driving License. SMSTS (would be advantageous). IT Literate including an understanding of Excel. Good communication and people skills
