The Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, your role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and pristine appearance of our hotel rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication to creating a comfortable and pleasant guest experience will be essential to the hotel's success.

Responsibilities include

Ensure that all rooms are well-maintained, properly stocked, and ready for guest check-in Clean and sanitise guest rooms and bathrooms, changing linen, making beds, and replacing towels and amenities as needed Clean and maintain the cleanliness of hotel hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as required, removing trash and maintaining trash bins in all public spaces Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment

Required Skills & Experience

High school education or equivalent Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning equipment

The Redcliffe has 70 ensuite rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness suite and 2 seaside restaurants. The Redcliffe has many unique features, including direct access to the beach via a tunnel. Over the coming months an extensive redevelop programme is being undertaken to transform The Redcliffe into an opulent and luxurious place to stay.
